What we do
Sports are the tool. Kids are the goal.
We want as many children and young people as possible to play sports, especially the ones who have no access to structured sports lessons at all. In the neighborhoods where we work, a weekly practice with a coach who shows up is often the only organized activity there is.
Sports are our means, not our end. Through soccer, rugby, swimming or basketball we work on teamwork, confidence, discipline and respect, and give kids a safe, fun place to play and grow. Our projects are run by local teams, girls take part just as much as boys, and no child ever pays. As a volunteer or intern you make sure there is one more coach on the field every week.

We founded the projects
Argentina, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Ghana, Indonesia, Nepal and Ukraine were started by us. Saint Lucia and South Africa run with our long standing partner United Through Sport. No middlemen.
You know your coordinator before you fly
A video call with the person who picks you up at the airport, and with a former participant if you like. Then you decide.
Honest about money
No application fee, no deposit. Four weeks costs $985 to $1,595 and we publish exactly what is included and where the rest goes.
Programs and prices
Eight countries, four weeks, all in
Housing, your coordinator, airport pickup and orientation always included. Meals vary per country.
